The wonderful house is situated on a hillside at the arrival in the village of Bargemon with a beautiful view of the valley, mountains and the village of Clavier. The location is approx. 400 m from the center og Bargemon and the villa is new renovated inside and outside. You are in the charming Provence. As you enter the property through the large gate, you immediately feel how you have been transported into another world. The garden encloses the house with a pool 5 x 10 m and offers views in all directions; it is very peaceful inspite the road is close by. It is charming but also very practical. It has several terraces and there is a covered terrace also faceing south and the new pool is beautiful placed just below the house. Perfectly situated apart from the house but you can see it from the house and keep an eye on the children.

Just 400 m to shops and restaurants in Bargemon, an ancient hilltop village in a delightfully unspoilt wooded region. Bargemon has tennis courts and restaurants. Long sandy beaches at Fréjus 45 km, whilst neighboring St Raphael 47 km has a lovely port and great shopping. Pavement cafés and local market produce to be found in Draguignan 22 km. Lac de St Cassien for water sports 28 km. International airport Nice 80 km.

Booking Conditions & Rental Cost 2010

The rent includes all services except the cost of heating during the months of October to April inclusive. 

Cleaning cost at the end of your stay is required for an additional charge of € 100.

We ask for half the rent at the time of booking and the balance six weeks before the start of your holiday. If booking is within 6 weeks of arrival we require full payment at the time of booking. We also require a € 400 deposit against damages as a separate payment which should be sent at the time of making final payment. All telephone charges, breakages, etc. will be made against the deposit and the balance returned to you. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. In order to have time to check the house, change beds, clean the pool and tidy the garden etc. we ask guests to arrive between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. and to leave at 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit will be retained unless we can re-let or the whole payment if six weeks or less before the start of your intended stay. If we can re-let our additional expenditure, including advertising, will be deducted and the rest returned to you. We would therefore strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance, which covers cancellation.
