Beautiful and totally new renovated apartment on 36 m2, situated in the middle of the village, with a beautiful view to the village and the mountains. The apartment consist: Entree, bath room
and wc, boundary. Light living room with fireplace, alcove, very nice open kitchen. This delightful 2-4 persons apartment with views out over the medieval hill village of Bargemon. You can walk down to the local village (3 mins), cool off in the communal pool, or just sit with a glass of wine. Parking is no problem, so whatever time you come home (with all your shopping!) you can be sure you won’t have miles to walk. Fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, refrigerator, etc. A beautiful apartment.

Booking Conditions & Rental Cost 2010
The rent includes all services except the cost of heating during the months of October to April inclusive. Cleaning cost at the end of your stay is required for an additional charge of € 30.

We ask for half the rent at the time of booking and the balance six weeks before the start of your holiday. If booking is within 6 weeks of arrival we require full payment at the time of booking. We also require a € 100 deposit against damages as a separate payment which should be sent at the time of making final payment. All telephone charges, breakages, etc. will be made against the deposit and the balance returned to you. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. In order to have time to check the house, change beds, clean the pool and tidy the garden etc. we ask guests to arrive between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. and to leave at 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit will be retained unless we can re-let or the whole payment if six weeks or less before the start of your intended stay. If we can re-let our additional expenditure, including advertising, will be deducted and the rest returned to you. We would therefore strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance, which covers cancellation.
