Located in Bargemon 2 km from the village you will find this beautiful holiday home with pool and fantastic view. Accommodating 6 people. The house is fully equipped with garden furniture, deck chairs, barbecue, etc. For the 120m2, the main house includes a dining area with open living room with fireplace. The house includes a master bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and access to the terrace. There is 1 bedroom with 4 single beds and a large window to the terrace. A superb kitchen, fully equipped with modern white goods (fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, dishwasher). TV you find as well. A nice new studio has been build next to the main house. Here you find 1 room with a double bed and a separate bath with toilet.
Booking Conditions & Rental Cost 2010
The rent includes all services except the cost of heating during the months of November to April inclusive. Cleaning cost at the end of your stay is required for an additional charge of € 100.

We ask for half the rent at the time of booking and the balance six weeks before the start of your holiday. If booking is within 6 weeks of arrival we require full payment at the time of booking. We also require a € 400 deposit against damages as a separate payment which should be sent at the time of making final payment. All telephone charges, breakages, etc. will be made against the deposit and the balance returned to you. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. In order to have time to check the house, change beds, clean the pool and tidy the garden etc. we ask guests to arrive between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. and to leave at 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit will be retained unless we can re-let or the whole payment if six weeks or less before the start of your intended stay. If we can re-let our additional expenditure, including advertising, will be deducted and the rest returned to you. We would therefore strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance, which covers cancellation.
