How to know if the house is available?
When you have decided to book, we will confirm the availability according to the requests the hirer might have received at the same time.
Do I send the money now?
No. The hirer will establish a rental contract that will be submitted to you and that you must sign and return with the 1. payment and the deposit.
I’ve requested a booking and haven´t received any confirmation?
Have no fear, if your request is in progress, the house will stay reserved in your name untill the deposit has been cashed ( we await 1 week).
